Chechen Forces Ready to Support Iran in Case of US Attack

According to reports, Chechen military groups have said that they are prepared to send troops to Iran to assist the Iranian military in the case of a US ground attack.

The forces that support Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of the Chechen Republic of Russia, see the current conflict between the United States and Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran as a religious conflict.

In defense of the Islamic Republic of Iran against American and allied armies, they characterize their potential direct intervention as a jihad, or a conflict between good and evil.

The development coincides with the ongoing escalation of the illegal and unjustified US-Israeli war against Iran. According to reports, US forces are pushing for a ground offensive on President Donald Trump’s orders following the air campaign’s failure during the previous few weeks.

The war began on February 28, during indirect nuclear negotiations between Tehran and Washington, when Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the leader of the Islamic Revolution, several high-ranking officials, and common citizens—including more than 170 schoolchildren in Minab, southern Iran—were assassinated.

Iranian military forces have responded by launching 86 waves of missile and drone attacks against US bases and assets throughout the Persian Gulf region, as well as Israeli military and strategic facilities.

It is also noteworthy that Ukrainian forces are openly backing Israel and the United States in their conflict with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Their engagement is often interpreted as a warning to Russia about the wider course of the conflict, possibly tying its destiny to the protracted conflict between Moscow and Kyiv.

Iran’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the UN, Amir Saeid Iravani, denounced Ukraine’s admission that it has sent “hundreds of experts” to the area in a letter to UN Secretary-General António Guterres and the President of the UN Security Council on Monday, claiming that Kyiv is actively taking part in the military assault against the Islamic Republic of Iran by the US and the Israeli regime.
